U - Clean but small. The room is very small there is no cupboard space. The shower pressure is very good but bathroom is very small as well. There is no soap to wash your hands. - the service is good, front desk is helpful with inquiries. The cleaning staff is also very nice and accommodating. - the hotel lacks the amenities of other ramada chain hotels. The quality standard is definitely lower, however it’s all worth the price relative to other hotels in HK that meet the same standards.

Checked in real late on a weekend and the front office lady was very courteous to have our room upgrade to suite. The view isn’t particularly impressive but the room was spacious with basic amenities all in place. Requested for late check out the next day and the staff was accommodating. One thing that the hotel must pay attention to is the cleanliness of the bathroom. The bathtub wasn’t cleaned thoroughly as there’s ********** right in the bathtub and stains on floor. The “note” to previous guest was still lying on the floor when we entered the room. Overall speaking it is valued for money however awareness on hygiene must be enhanced
