It is very close to the train station (a few minutes' walk), each room has a wireless network, the network speed is relatively fast, and it is sufficient for office work and video. 非常不滿意！做為攜程二十來年的老會員，住宿從未經歷此種境遇，十來度的天氣水温衹有十來度，衹能説水不冰而已，可以想象能洗澡嗎？住了兩天，前一天反應了説第二天修，當晚那水温洗腳洗臉第二天都感冒了。第二天晚上回來又是如此，非常生氣，前台那態度非常不適合幹服務行業，還有轉處理的其上一層的主管更是讓人氣極，具然説“別的客人都可以，沒人説不行”，我想説“別人上北大清華你為什麼不行”呢。做為服務性行業連個基本禮儀都不懂。説晚上解決，其實他們是硬件不行，可想而知之結果了，兩天旅行大汗淋漓，身上汗味可想而知，怎麼能入睡，下面的圖片都有記錄證明，第二天早上衹能趁早離這扯淡的酒店。深夜也電話12345報備我的遭遇，希望相關部門負起堅督之責，讓外地旅客真正感覺到“賓至如歸”。一個酒店連基本的熱水都提供不了還開什麼店呢，還有那個燈罩半掉着也不修，燈不亮也不管，從這細節看出管理是多麼的遭糕，當天辦入住也是搞了半天，不吐不快，希望好自為之，旅客擦亮雙眼，謹慎選擇！
