Anew Hotel has the best staff, amazing pool, wonderful landscape, and location. They are close to KFC, steers, fishaways- however the hotel itself makes the most delicious food and desserts. Thami , Sbo and Giraad were always helpful and did their best to welcome us and make us comfortable. Our room- 100A ( separate from the main hotel, which was amazing as it had the view of the garden and our own parking and space), did noy have wifi coverage. We had to walk to the hotel itself for network. If you do not have data or an SA Sim card,this can be an issue.
We did the following activities which were all in a 20 to 30 min close vicinity of the hotel.
1. Big 5 Safari at Hluhluwe Game Reserve
2. Emdoneni Wildcat cat Sanctuary
3. False Bay
4. Bayete Elephant Interaction
This was the best time of our lives as we thoroughly enjoy wildlife and the outdoors.
Thank you Anew Hotel. We will be back !!

Service .... top notch. I was welcomed by Sne at front desk. She is so sweet and kind. She does her work wholeheartedly and with a beautiful smile.
Also helped by a lady (forgot her name) at the wild life front desk for activities. She was so helpful.
Hats off to these lovely ladies, they were so easy and made us feel at home.
Food. Good buffet, nice food too. They also cater for vegetarians on request.
The hotel is close to shops and gas station.
I surely will come back.

The lodge is really convenient to access the reserve. The buffet Dinner was good but the only negative was that the Aircon in the room didn't work.

This was the assigned hotel for our Gate 1 South African Safari tour. The staff was great, helpful and friendly. The hotel rooms do need a bit of care and a refresh. The food was a mix of good and so so. I would not call this a 4 star hotel. When we arrive to our room there was the largest spider I'd ever seen in my life hanging from the curtain. Hotel staff did shoo it from the room, but we were a bit freaked out as we are not used to large large insects being in the room. We know we are in the wilderness.

We received excellent service from the staff. They went out of their way to make my husbands birthday extra special. I will definitely be visiting again. Already most family/ friends asked about the accommodation. Thank you so much it was a pleasure staying at ANEW Hotel Hluhluwe.

This Hotel is looking good and clean but I found the staff are quite rude, and the buffet is not much of buffet hardly much choice for vegetarian. The room had air-con which was not controllable by remove it kept going on, and no water in the room was left. Also the mosquito plug had nothing in it, further more the water for the shower was nearly cold. As we were there on tour and staying 1night only did complain but no apology from Manager. Manager seems full of praise but did not deliver.

Anew hotel I rate them 5 star ⭐️ because of the service rendered during our stay and the hotel itself. It's a place where you can go for family, personal or work purposes. The food was scrumptious, thanks to the chefs. The rooms are clean and comfortable

The meals served from the restaurant are absolutely fantastic! The dinners and breakfast... so so yummy. The rooms are comfortable and the lounge and bar area was great to uniwnd from the game drive. Guide Israel was phenomenal...
