酒店環境不錯，相當安靜，屬於政府接待酒店。硬件設施還可以，就是空調暖風一般，可能河口縣碰上降温的天氣也不多。來河口住宿推薦這裏。

酒店在山上，離城區有點距離，適合自駕。視野開闊，能看到中越公路大橋，及紅河對岸的越南。園林式環境，優美安靜。

酒店環境不錯，但是…房間真的太黴了，直鑽鼻腔的黴味不是開門開窗開空調可以緩解的，住了一晚上第二天直接溜溜球！

我們到酒店時整個酒店就我們一輛車，陰森可怕，人氣太差。因為人少，早餐時給什麼吃什麼，一碗米粉加個小包子，太慘了。

這家酒店很老了，牆體很多都長黴進房間就一股黴味。外面的環境不錯，全是綠植在酒店旁邊就可以看到中越過境橋樑。酒店有一個游泳池定這家酒店的初衷是想讓孩子去游泳，但是酒店在毫無徵兆的情況下，告知游泳池關閉打掃，但是我們並沒有看到任何一個工作人員在給酒店的泳池換水，很掃興。
