Good location. The hotel was very clean and the staff was outstanding helping with a few things and even having a staff member guide to a COVID testing place followed up by another gentleman who made sure I got there. Incredible staff. Will stay there again for sure. My apologies as I didn't write down the names of the staff. Wish I could remember as they deserve the recognition for going above and beyond.

This hotel is great. I love the fact the staff are so friendly and kind. Specially asst.manager Joanna Zhai. She was really helpful during our stay at the hotel. She made sure that our stay at the hotel was warm and satisfying. Attended to every need we had at once. Really appreciate her efforts. Breakfast in the hotel was nice but same. Wish it was a different experience everyday. The hotel was really clean and well maintained. My daughter really had a good time in the hotel and she was very sad to leave. Hope to return soon for another good getaway. Thanks to all staff from the hotel security bell boy reception guest relation staff house keeping and the management. I highly recommend the family suit if you are traveling with kids. You will definitely have a relaxed time while your kid will be enjoying the room.

Hotel is located in a central spot of Hefei downtown, close to everything. The hotel room itself is reasonably clean, however moulds can be seen in corners and edges in the bathroom as the room is a bit dated. There was some loud noise from the young couple staying next door or the level above at midnight, we had to call the reception to remind them to be mindful of other customers staying in the hotel.

All sorts of annoying processes, I didn't check in until 3 o'clock in the afternoon that day, and took the children to wait for a few hours outside the community! Later, I called to threaten to give praise... Ctrip's customer service ladies are not easy. They coordinated and called countless times. When they met such an ignorant landlord, in order not to affect the child's exam, I had nothing but to say! However, the apartments provided later were not far from the school, the hardware facilities and environment were good, but the apartments did not have any services.
