I visited from Xi'an with a friend. We arrived at midnight. Great service at the front desk - in English, thank you. The rooms were great. The lady who cleaned my room on the 20th floor was super nice. The buffet for breakfast was delicious. The woman in charge of the dining room, whom I had met before, was as kind as usual.

Following a hiccup during check-in, the experience at this hotel was positive. The manager provided excellent service and the room was quiet, with a nice view. Location is excellent (next to the walking street and a large mall, with great dining options). The breakfast is Chinese, and could benefit from a couple of choices appropriate for foreign guests.

Hotel is located in a central spot of Hefei downtown, close to everything. The hotel room itself is reasonably clean, however moulds can be seen in corners and edges in the bathroom as the room is a bit dated.
There was some loud noise from the young couple staying next door or the level above at midnight, we had to call the reception to remind them to be mindful of other customers staying in the hotel.

I think the best part is the hotel location, it's near to the mall and cross the road it's pedestrianised zone. Very very convenience.
And yes, you can use under ground car park in the mall, free of charge. Very good.
