早餐真的很一般，能選擇的種類少，連基本的湯粉，湯麪都沒有，牛奶還是奶粉沖出來的，想吃個烤吐司也沒有，是完全不顧南方人的口味嗎？房間插頭位置也不合理，防盜鏈還是壞的，工作人員培訓不到位，拿走一次性用品後居然不補充，三個床衹收拾一個？我無法理解。衣架配備很少，四個人的房間按理來説一個人兩個衣架，最少也要八個，結果衹有六個衣架，要知道冬天的衣服很厚很多都要掛起來。淋浴間沒有拉繩，你讓我洗好的衣服掛哪晾曬？也不放個臟衣簍，用完的浴巾都不知道放哪，就到處亂塞.....一個晚上一千的酒店不至於做的這麼差勁👎🏻唯一一個優點，有加濕器！

The hotel is just a five minute walk from the nearest metro station. The street the hotel is on is a little dilapidated (at least in late April) but has its own charm. My room was comfortable and a good size for a solo traveler. The buffet breakfast was big and the selections changed a but every day. I was there during the Labour holiday do there were many guests, and the staff replenished the different dishes often. I didn't use the laundry room but I took a look... Currently only one washing machine is in service. The finally, all the staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a good location, the reception at the front desk is warm, the rooms are clean, the bathroom is large, equipped with black tea, green tea and coffee, and a small refrigerator with free drinks. The temperature is suitable, there is floor heating, it is very warm, the price is affordable, and it is great value for money. The hot water is 24 hours a day and the shower is comfortable. I booked 3 rooms with my colleagues on a business trip and the experience was very good. I will choose this hotel next time I come.

As a frequent traveler, I was recently blessed with the opportunity to stay at this Hotel in Harbin during my most recent trip. From the moment I arrived at the hotel(Arrived 12.30 a.m mid night).I was greeted with the warmest hospitality from the attentive staff who were more than happy to assist me with my luggage and check-in process. The lobby exuded a luxurious aura with gleaming polished marble floors, crystal chandeliers, and ornate furnishings. The room I was allocated was spacious, impeccably clean, and filled with modern amenities such as a flat-screen television, wireless internet, and a well-stocked minibar. The bed ensured that I could get some well-deserved rest after a long trip. One of the highlights of the hotel was undoubtedly its restaurants. The breakfast buffet was an incredible start to each day with an extensive selection of fresh fruits, pastries, and cooked-to-order dishes.Mainly Chinese dishes . In conclusion, my stay at the “Zhangwang Mansion”was an exceptional experience that surpassed my expectations in numerous regards. I would highly recommend this hotel to any discerning traveler seeking an unforgettable stay in luxurious surroundings in Harbin city .

The room is quite nice, and the surrounding environment is also quite good. Shops and supermarkets are all available. However, the room cleaning is not meticulous enough. I don’t want to respond too much, nor do I want to give a bad review, but I hope the hotel can improve the hygiene. Put it first, so as to win the favor of customers. 1. There is garbage inside the hair dryer bag. 2. There is an unknown object on the bed. 3. There are hairs on the small table.

It only takes five minutes to walk to the ticket gate of the high-speed rail station. The room is facing the railway and the sound insulation is very good. The entire building is converted into a hotel-style apartment and is shared with JI, James Joyce Coffetel and some small hotels. I have seen the corridors and rooms in other hotels, Jinjiang It is the best decorated one. The layout of the room is reasonable, the lights are bright and very comfortable. It is really convenient for those who need to catch the high-speed train the next day.
