Everything is very good!!! The concierge at the door was warm and polite and took the initiative to help us pick up the boxes and press the elevator to leave. Modern, clean, huge room with very comfortable beds and pillows of 2 different hardness. Heated toilet seats, working heater and windows that could be opened for fresh air. Location is great; 2 minutes from line 1 and 2 subway 博物馆; most if the places of interest are on this line; plentiful of nice restaurants with different price range; convenience store 24hours and kentucky fried chicken etc. Staff are ALL too friendly and helpful, service as good as and even better than some 5 stars hotel. They have all left an unforgettable impression on us during our 4 nights stay with them. We will stay here again.

Had to wait for the second room to be ready but we came before 3pm. Room had two skylight windows. Wanted to upgrade rooms but hotel was full. Stayed 2 nights, 2 bedrooms. Location was fantastic. Kevin, the duty manager, was particularity very accommodating and helpful. He helped us with our luggage during the busy period. The breakfast spread was good. Gym was small with two treadmill machines and one all-in-one fitness equipment. But no one was there so you got the whole gym to yourself. TV channels were limited. Bathroom amenities were adequate. Overall it's a good stay.

I was disappointed with my stay here despite paying for close to 600rmb per night (5 nights). Our towels were torned and badly damaged (literally 70% ruined) , the bathroom has a very bad foul smell throughout our stay. Despite changing a new room, the towels given to us again were torned once more. Truly believe that this is not a hotel standard to treat your paying guests something spoiled/broken or damaged. Restaurant server was rude and fierce to us when we asked for plain water. Harbin being the top travel destination yet you guys ruined the accommodation standards.
