A beautiful hotel with really good service and friendly staff. The breakfast is decent and the hotel is very clean . Many cafes and restaurants near the hotel. Giving a little packet of chocolates every night is a really nice touch.

I spent my 1st time in hanoi recently and couldn't thank the staff enough for there hospitality during our stay! Next time I come to Hanoi I will definitely stay at the boutique hotel hanoi again 😁👍🏻

Service was particularly excellent. Front desk staffs were very helpful ( Mai, Chloe, Victor, Jeremy, Rosie, sorry if I missed other names). Very thorough, polte and always willing to help. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Highly recommended.

JUSTIN- Best receptionist ever in my life, I meet , but I saw a lot🤗
Very polite, explained all clear and was so friendly- cool guy , I never seen in my life that staff worried a lot about hotel reputation like a owner…and helping a lot, worry about hotel like it his own baby , but actually staff never care like that
Owner should take care him and up position- hard to find workers like this…
Next day I meet Lucy - she very cool also, helping everything and so cute ☺️
All staff in this hotel are nice I think , never see before like that 😄
Clean hotel & nice staff - this is big pluses , have some minutes, but staff helping with all , that’s 😎 cool

These guys are fantastic! The hotel was a island of tranquility and peace in the sea of vibrant chaos that is Hanoi Old Quarter. The staff were friendly and caring. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of bars, restaurants, little shops, and the furious pace of the old city, yet the hotel is an escape from all of it, when you need it. I went back within the week. And will go back again on my next trip, without a moment's hesitation. Thanks a lot Mai, and your fellow staff, for making the place a real home!

Most hotels situated at the old quarters are along narrow streets. However, the hospitality of this hotel is very outstanding! All the staff are very helpful and gave us a lot of information as to where to go for shopping, food n sightseeing. Even WhatsApp is the timing to experience the train crossing between narrow housing/shops in Hanoi!
Breakfast was super good! Good variety of spread ! Good coffee!
The staff made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable!
