A very satisfying accommodation experience. This hotel was recommended by my sister-in-law. She just stayed in Hangzhou last month. She knew I was coming and specially recommended it to me. It was really better than expected. I entered the hotel in the evening when I first arrived. The alley was dark and I was a little disappointed. When I entered, the parking lot service staff enthusiastically helped me park my car. I had very little luggage and I didn’t need help. The service was really super enthusiastic and led me to the front desk to help me with the procedures. He took me into the room and gently introduced the hotel and the room. I was really flattered. The hotel is controlled by Xiaodu intelligently. I can turn on the air conditioner, turn on the TV and close the curtains with just one sentence. It's so convenient! The small items prepared are full of details, including disposable dental floss, masks, wet wipes, and even face towels in the room. The breakfast buffet is particularly delicious, with both Chinese and Western options. I feel like I am a bastard when it comes to this. ,Hahaha I'm lazy as hell and rarely comment. I arrived in Wuzhen in the evening, and the hotel clerk called me back to check whether I arrived at my destination safely. I also have never eaten fine bran from a wild boar, and now all hotels in Hangzhou do this. Okay, keep rolling up! If any friends come here, they will definitely recommend this restaurant.

Fantastic service, very friendly staff. Rooms are well airconditioned and beds are very comfortable. good water pressure and heating. moreover hotel allowed us to check out a little later so that our 1 year old daughter could have a midday nap.

Make no mistake! ! The facilities in the hotel are very modern. The curtains have electric switches, the bathtub curtains can automatically set atomization, and the bathrooms are all smart toilets. What needs to be mentioned is that the flowers indoors are real flowers, not plastic flowers. At first I thought they were plastic flowers when I saw such blooming flowers! The drinks in the refrigerator are free, and snacks with local Hangzhou characteristics are delivered every day (I don’t know if it’s a New Year’s Day discount). Maybe everyone is concerned about whether there is a parking lot if you drive by yourself? You can park in front of each building. If you can't park, there is a special underground parking lot. If it is an electric vehicle, you can use the charging pile to charge your Baoju. Parking is free for hotel guests. The hotel's restaurant is very atmospheric, with a variety of meals to choose from. Mainly Chinese style, supplemented by Western style. You can experience a lot of authentic Hangzhou cuisine here. It is worth mentioning that there is actually natural honeycomb honey that can be eaten. The honeycomb honey hanging on the shelf is very spectacular! The very, very important reason I like it here is the tranquility. Although the West Lake is outside, and people come and go during New Year's Day, and there is a constant flow of people on the street until midnight, but it is quiet inside the hotel courtyard, undisturbed by the noise outside. It can be quiet or noisy, switch as you like.

Coming to Xinxin Hotel is like traveling back to the Republic of China and having a conversation across time and space with historical celebrities such as Xu Zhimo, Hu Shi, Feng Zikai, and Lu Xun. If you choose the right room facing the lake, you can enjoy the mountain view of Baochu Pagoda from the side, and face the broken bridge of the West Lake directly. Hangzhou North China Hotel heard a friend's introduction that it was good. I came to experience it in my spare time. It was really good and worth recommending. After checking out, I lost my hat in the room because of carelessness. I sent the job number 116 to me and paid the freight. I was so touched. I am really lucky to book this old house with a historical era (there are 4 rooms) small and exquisite, elegant and simple, small gardens and green trees, excellent location, quiet in the middle of noisy, clean and comfortable, butler service is thoughtful, warm, do your best to meet customer needs, breakfast is exquisite, reasonable match, The faint music makes people feel comfortable and the whole is very satisfied! Hotel located near to metro station. The nearest station is Ding’an station exit gate D. The metro is red color (Line 1) direct line connecting to Hanzgzhou airport. So if you coming from airport no need to the change line. Hotel itself located at city, morning time can walk to Hangzhou museum, along the way many shops around. Western shops eg: macdonald, costa coffee, starbuck. Alot cafe, tea, souvenir shops. Close also morning market called Damanong. Can have breakfast and see the morning market. Use the public bicycle to go there, just use alipay. Distance 1.2km. Near the morning market at the end there is God City Temple for you to visit, can see the whole Hangzhou city from top of the temple. The hotel is clean, have free washing machine and dryer machine. Detergent provided. At the same place there are 2 treadmills provided ( gym quality). Couch provided while you waiting for you laundry. There is also a steam iron provided. Breakfast selection is good with varities of foods like egg fried rice, chicken sausage, ham, beef, eggs, salted eggs, cereal, warm soy milk, milk, bread, butter and strawberries jam. Noodles, congee, fruits, croissant, cupcakes, corn, cookies. There are 2 robots helping to deliver things inside the hotel. If you order food, the robot will send the food to your room. There are also snacks you can buy at the ground floor. For muslim, this hotel located infront of a mosque, there is a Halal restaurant near to the hotel. More halal restaurant across the road near to exit A og Ding’an metro station. I came during Christmas, the hotel give me present for Christmas, when I check out they give me souvenir to me also. Everyday, I was provided with 2 bottles of water and change new set of towel. The water heater, the heater function very well during winter. Im a happy guy during the visit.

We stayed at the Urcove Hotel in Hangzhou Westlake for two nights and we were very impressed by the service of this hotel. The room was clean, with a comfortable queen-sized bed and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom was modern and well-equipped, with a heated toilet and an auto flash feature. The staff were very helpful and friendly, from the moment I arrived to the moment I left. They even taught me how to use the WeChat app to order a cab, which was very convenient. The hotel also had a cute little robot helper that would deliver items to my room, such as towels, water, or snacks. It was a fun and unique experience. There is a metro station right infront of the hotel that is connected to a food street underground and a big shopping mall. If you like more shopping ,walk about 20 minutes to reach the IN77. Or if you don’t want to walk like us , you can just get a cab easily. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hangzhou. It was a great value for money, with excellent service. The only thing that could be better is the holder for shampoo and shower gel could be better design to be more steady.

The unit is located about 800m from LongXiangQiao Metro station. We took a walk from the station. It was not too difficult to locate with the help of the local Amap app. The check-in process was simple and relatively fast. The room was decent but was not prepared for the number of people we have indicated (we have indicated 3 people but everything was prepared for 2, including the towels, drink cups, etc). Nevertheless, the front desk was able to rectify upon requesting. It's a typical dated designed hotel room at level 5. There were windows but no view as we were blocked by the trees. The unusual part was the top hung bed (it was either super single or queen sized). The upkeep of the toilet was pretty bad, some tiles were broken, parts of the wash cabinet was put together with sticky tapes. Everything was functional though, including the washing machine. The price range was an attraction. The even greater attraction for this place was that the Wushan night-market which operates nightly is just a stone's throw away. Generally happy with our stay there.

The hotel is next to the broken bridge. The room is relatively clean, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, and there is an air purifier in the room. There are many varieties of breakfast and the taste is good. The staff are very welcoming and attentive. There are many places to eat next to the hotel. My favorite one is called Luyuan Foreign Pot Chicken. It's hot and hot, which is perfect for eating on such a cold day. The hotel has three floors but no elevator.
