Xixi Wetland Park Area Hangzhou|0.97km from Xixi Wetland (West Part)
Lovely hotel in the middle of West Creek/ Xixi National Wetlands Park in Hangzhou. The hotel and service offerings are excellent, located in a very secluded spot away from the hustle and bustle, great for relaxation and enjoying the serene and tranquil surroundings. There is a small lake in the middle of the hotel, which I understand is owned and managed by the hotel. The views are wonderful and better than going to the famed West Lake (way too touristy and crowded). I think this hotel has a lot going for it, even though it’s not a known brand. I would say some things for improvement are as follows: Must, must open a spa. AmanFayun, Banyan Tree, Anh Luh and Four Seasons all have spa’s and they’re at roughly the same price point. This wasn’t a deal breaker for me, but for some people this would put them off from booking here. Gym. This place needs an on-site gym for obsessed exercise freaks like me (and other health obsessives that want to go to an all-inclusive resort). Also, with the yummy high calorie food offerings in the restaurant, I would like to work those calories off and not worry about getting home fatter than when I left! Restaurant – Excellent service from the wonderful manager, who I forgot to ask her name and all her staff. Very good manners from all the staff, very quiet voices, barely can hear them speak amongst themselves. However there needs to be more of an international offering for people that visit from outside China (US/ Europe, India/ South East Asia/ Gulf countries, who all would probably stay here in the future). There should be another restaurant that offers international fayre, as well as the traditional Chinese restaurant, so both sets of visitors are catered for, and more choice is always good for people that stay longer than 3 days. And vegetarian/ vegan options would be very appreciated. The “Savoir resort” is not mentioned on Didi maps or on Baidu maps, and the Chinese name bears absolutely no resemblance to the English name 杭州所见 – 西溪度假酒店. Foreign people may have problems finding this location on their maps/ getting here without help (the less help that is required, the better). The two top-end rooms (6999 yuan a night and 15,000 yuan a night) cannot be booked on 携程 (Ctrip) or Trip.com. I think there should be 5 – 10 pictures on the site showing these rooms as bookable. I take a long time researching a hotel before booking, so the more information available, the better. The boat trip in the hotel is way better than the boat trip offered outside the hotel. I really enjoyed it, but I don’t think many people use it, which is a shame of a great resource. The fact this hotel has its own private lake is something that makes it stand out from the other hotels. PS , I cannot upload my videos of the boat trip inside the hotel's lake because the file is too big :'(

A very satisfying stay experience, including room, service, breakfast, and buffet seafood dinner~ Not much to say about the room (Picture 17-20), it is spacious, bright, clean and comfortable. Instead of teabags, there are local Longjing (green tea) and Jiuqu Hongmei (black tea) to satisfy those who love to drink green tea or black tea. The quality is good. When you open the balcony door, you face a pool of clear water, which makes you feel very open and comfortable. The service is also really great. I highly praise everyone we met, including: cleaning, front desk, waiter, restaurant manager, doorman, Zhang Qian and Xiao Chen at the front desk. The service is warm and smiling ~ the doorman (see picture 15) ) Although I don’t know what it’s called, it’s very service-oriented, carrying luggage, and opening doors. The restaurant manager, a very elegant man with a round face and glasses (see picture 11), also proactively informed us of the preferential prices, and the service was particularly polite. I will take the initiative to say hello and say goodbye to guests. When cleaning guests meet in the corridor, I will also take the initiative to say hello. I feel very warm in my heart. Next time I come to the Xixi area in Hangzhou, I want to stay here again~ It’s very suitable for leisure time and travel~ It’s also very convenient to take the special line to No. 608 Xixi Road from Lingyin Temple!

The hotel is located at the entrance of the core scenic area, and it is very convenient to enter and exit the scenic area with the room card. Next to Xixi is He Xi's performance spot this evening. Yesterday I didn’t figure it out that it was a drama. I thought it was not worth it to dance for a few hundred, so I didn’t buy the whole family ticket to watch it together. The room is big enough, the first floor is equivalent to a detached house, and it feels good. The area of the house is about 40 square meters, which is big enough. The interior decoration is simple, but the wall is too simple. Would it be better to repaint the wall? I feel that the sense of grade can be improved a lot. The bathtub is very big, I like it, and the children like it very much. However, the flap of the toilet is not too damped, and you will be shocked after using the flap of the toilet. The service attitude of the customer service staff is still good. After all, it is a mature hotel. It is impossible to have to fight the service attitude with the 5-star lobby manager. Breakfast for one person the next day, the amount is not much but there are still many varieties, you can eat enough, and the taste is also OK. I like the taste of the black tea in the set menu. If I don’t rush to return, I don’t have to sit for two hours before leaving. I like the feeling of slow life. Will come again, next time it will be when the reeds are in full bloom.

🏨A hotel you must stay in when you come to Xixi Wetland! Who knows? Going out is the subway station 🚇 only 500 meters away! within walking distance~ Service: The service is super good! The lady who entered the door was very enthusiastic, and it was fully automatic, and the card was issued by the machine, which was super cool! Environment: The hall is really artistic! The facilities of this hotel are very new and complete, and there is also a personal butler to meet your needs! If you need bath balls, chargers, etc., just tell the lady at the front desk to help provide them! Sound insulation: The sound insulation effect is very good! Basically closing the door of the room is your own world, super immersive experience! You can also spend money to buy red wine, who can feel the feeling of drinking red wine next to the floor-to-ceiling windows! Hygiene: very clean! The breakfast is also very clean and delicious (๑´ڡ`๑)! The most worth mentioning is that the hygiene is cleaned up very quickly. There was a lot of garbage when I ordered takeaway! I called the waiter to clean up the room at night, and it was done immediately! Facilities: Kegel concept room is really worth it! Super large balcony with great lighting! You can also see the scenery of Xixi Wetland from a distance. This room is more than 400, which is considered the best service at a low price in the vicinity! So, next time you must come and live!

A very satisfying stay at the hotel. The hotel itself is as beautiful as a painting. The Jiangnan style is full of elegance. The room is luxurious and attentive. The service was very considerate. I was very impressed. Because I was traveling with three elderly people, the hotel upgraded me to a suite. It’s very comfortable and the photos are great. If you have the chance, you’ll want to experience other hotels under the Banyan Tree umbrella.

The hotel is in Xixi Wetland. The white walls and black tiles are very popular. I saw the beautiful pictures of the second floor window on the Internet, so I also went to check in ~. The room is very emotional, the tatami is thick mattress, the bathroom is very large, the hotel is very quiet at night, the breakfast is very exquisite during the day, the clerk Chen sister has a very strong sense of service 👍 and also helped us arrange tea in the stove ~ The back door of the hotel is the small street of Xixi Wetland. There are very few people before 10 o'clock in the morning to take a leisurely walk to see the scenery. You can take a boat and balloon in the wetland. The hotel is very close to the balloon. It is cheap to buy tickets from the hotel. I really like the original ecological, comfortable and comfortable environment of Xishangyunjian. I will stay next time. ❤️

A great hotel can make for an unforgettable trip. I took my sister and brother to the Xixi Wetland over the weekend and chose the Fanyun Xixi Hotel, which is located in the scenic area. The housekeeper Xiao Qu added WeChat a day in advance and helped us arrange a parking space in the scenic area, and sent a shuttle staff to the parking space to help us carry our luggage. The room is very big. I heard that it was upgraded for us in consideration of my sister’s birthday. The crib was also thoughtfully placed. The view facing the room is very beautiful. Whether we are drinking tea on the roof or sitting in a rocking chair on the balcony, it is perfect. You can enjoy the beautiful scenery of Xixi very well There is a little brother who leads the way to the scenic spots, and the guest room sister brings snacks and dolls in the evening. I know that my sister gave me a wonderful cake for her birthday. In short, I feel at ease when I come here. Someone will help you arrange everything. It is an unforgettable trip.

After all, the hotel is in the scenic area, and the Xixi environment is nothing to say, but it takes about five minutes to walk to the scenic spot and the cafeteria from the location of the Lihuawu room where you live. There is no choice for dinner. Only the canteen has Chinese food to sit down. A portion of tomato and egg noodles is 68, and there are hundreds of small stir-fries with some meat. There is a small shop next to it called the Late Night Canteen. There are wontons, chicken feet, and beef patties. Each serving is 28 or 38. You can eat it at a cafe 20 meters away. The types of breakfast are quite plentiful, but the quality and service attitude are not comparable to those of star-rated hotels outside. Because of the ecological environment, the room resembles a cabin in the forest. It looks clean and hygienic on the surface, but there are some dead spots in hygiene, such as bugs that are not swept under the wooden pillars, and the carpets are not very clean. But the room facilities are complete, smart toilet, Dyson, and Gelubai mouthwash are very considerate. The only thing that doesn’t work is that the bathtub in the room didn’t produce hot water and there was no shower, so it could only boil water.

The check-in experience is quite good. The lobby manager, Manager Gu, saw us take the initiative to ask if we were here for tourism. He could tell us about the current travel restrictions in Hangzhou and the places to visit around. It is a very nice hotel. It is a few hundred meters away from Xixi Wetland High Zhuang Entrance, next time I come to stay at this hotel, there is a group dining for breakfast, and the restaurant can replenish food in time, the auntie at the noodle stall is very polite to help us cook, last time I stayed at another hotel nearby, the service attitude is not good , Give you a thumbs up!
