This was our first time staying for a “staycation.” The location is near the Grand Canal area and close to many area restaurants but the restaurant inside the hotel, Frieda is amazing!!!!! The service all around from reception, eateries, doorman, etc was friendly and extremely helpful. The beds were comfy and we had a lovely view of the canal. My favorite was the tub that I could lie down in and I’m tall!!! We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon. I would love to see coffee in the rooms though but thankfully I had brought some with me. See you soon!

The weather in Hangzhou has been very good recently, and friends and family came to hangzhou to visit! The hotel I stayed in on the last day was quite nice. First of all, the subway station and the bus station were very close. It was very convenient to take a taxi to go anywhere. The location was very ideal and it was not as congested as the urban area! Secondly, the ladies and waiters at the front desk are very gentle and polite. There is a breakfast room and coffee bar on the first floor, which are very comfortable and bright. The final check-in experience was very pleasant. Not only was the decoration very new, but the design was considerate. There were no cumbersome wardrobes. The shower and smart toilet were independent. The sink in front was also quite spacious. It was also designed with night-waking footlights, which many five-star hotels do not have. I am also very satisfied with the mattress and bedding. The quilt cover is really pure cotton. I was also given a snack before going to bed, which was very nice! The hotel is nicely decorated. I initially booked one night. Despite some minor problems I had the first night I decided to stay an extra night. I called the front desk and asked whether shifting rooms who be beneficial and the front desk staff are very helpful and considerate. She immediately escorted me to another room for inspection. The rooms in this hotel are clean and well equipped with basic necessities plus some thoughtful extras like loofah, longjing tea leaves, beer, coke, juice, soda water, and chips in minibar. Location is not too bad. Great staff Nice hotel. Very pleasant experience.
