Silver Star Hotel

The hotel is pretty good. The hotel booked on the day of 430, Ctrip booked it for 177 nights. Fortunately, I bought it before the festival, but it was only one night, and it was fully booked on May Day. There was also a small episode during the period. I was locked in the bathroom of the room. It may be that the bathroom door was aging, which caused the buckle to accidentally buckle by itself. I didn't lock the door. I didn't bring my cell phone in either. It seemed that I had a phone call in the toilet. I found the phone number at the front desk of the hotel in the toiletries. The hotel staff actively helped me solve the problem. This is commendable! Just to make a small suggestion, you can stick the front desk phone of the hotel in a conspicuous position so that you can contact the front desk in an emergency. Thank you! The hotel is really good! The surrounding area is also quite prosperous, just take the four bus stops to West Lake!

離西湖不遠，出門就是公交站，走過個路口就有地鐵站，出行很方便。停車場大，也有餐廳，餐廳價格偏高了點。

房間地段性價比可以的，打的去西湖十幾塊，坐公交車也很方便，就是自助早餐20一位差勁了一點，品類太少太少了，不過總體來説春節期間300多的家庭房已經做的非常棒了，繼續加油呀！！！

床非常舒服，整個酒店很乾凈，感覺裝修比較傳統，挺像香港那邊的酒店，空間利用非常有效。 酒店的拖鞋很舒服。 酒店的網絡很快。

老牌子的酒店了在市中心樓下有個便利店很方便，房間不大，但是還整潔，洗手間是後來翻新過得，這個地段價格很優惠了

五星好評！滿意，停車免費，早餐也豐富，門口就是公交車，出行方便，到西湖邊3站路，性價比高！房間乾淨整潔，窗户雙層玻璃，隔音效果不錯，可以安靜休息……下次還會再來

有停車場，但是注意停車場在酒店旁邊一點的一個小入口，開車的時候需要提前放慢速度注意一下，停車免費。門口就有公交車站。 早飯東西很少，並且僅有的一些食物還拿光了，花了很久才補上食物，但能吃飽。

酒店地理位置優越，有免費停車場，出行方便。離斷橋這邊比較近，市中心這個價位算是很實惠的。樓層都有門禁系統，很安全。總枱擺有糖果和茶水，總枱小曹服務熱情，態度極好。房間設施設備齊全，打掃的也很乾凈。很愉快的一次出行體驗。

房間不大，設施也不是很新很現代化，但是乾淨整潔，窗户是安裝了雙層推拉玻璃，保證了安靜性。服務人員態度熱情周到，主動給我升級了房間，還額外贈送一份早餐，非常不錯！院內自有停車場，方便停車，這在寸土寸金的杭州老城區中心尤為難得。可能是旅遊淡季，早餐品種不多，衹有煮麪或米粉二選一，不過味道挺好！當時選這家酒店衹是因為距離辦事地點近，比較方便而已，心裏都做好了比較差的準備，但實際上卻給了我一個驚喜，非常物超所值！唯一有點缺點的是紗窗和窗簾有點灰，希望能及時清洗，做到更好！
