The hotel is very good for the location. The help desk not quick. If you are looking to stay in the middle of city, this is good

We always enjoy our stay when we come here! The check in was easy and the front desk spoke English and were very friendly. The bed is super comfy and I love the tub! There seems to be a lot of restaurants nearby (along the river) but were closed due to CNY. We look forward to coming back and exploring more. Kerry Center was an easy 40 min walk or so

I had a great experience in this hotel. The location was convenient and it was easy to travel to different parts of the city. The staff members were also nice and helpful. They were very accommodating and it was clear that they were looking out for the best interest of the customer. They even went out of their way to help me find my lost take out delivery! I loved the bath tub in the room and really was able to relax. The bed was very comfortable and the sheets were clean. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Hangzhou.

給父母訂的房，他們隔天參加旅行團，就在杭州大廈集合，由於6:50就要下樓集合，會吃不到早餐，瞭解到情況後，有詢問能不能退掉早餐？前台表示早餐是包含在房間裏的，不是額外單獨購買的，所以不能退，但是可以給我爸媽提前準備點心讓他們帶在路上吃，進房間沒多久，爸媽就拍照來跟我説提供了很多東西，叫我明天早上不用給他們點外賣了，很感謝酒店細心周到。
衞生間（忘記拍照了）很大有浴缸，我爸媽還能在裏面洗衣服，他們很喜歡。

基本上每年都去杭州，每次都住杭州大廈賓館。今年帶爸媽一起去的，團購了2個商務大床房的3天2晚套餐，性價比非常高，非常舒適滿意的入住體驗！
環境：酒店在武林廣場，交通方便，周邊購物美食應有盡有。
服務：入住送了小點心和一個下午茶，每天有水果，傍晚還有小餅乾，工作人員都很熱情。
衞生：雖然是老酒店，但維護的非常好，很乾凈。
設施：如果增加一些智能設備，如電動馬桶，電動窗簾就更完美了。
