酒店會下坑，特別是住大床房的，裏面有洗護用品，沒有明碼標價，配一套免費的，一套是付錢的，當時問我要25元，喝得水也要付錢的，水我付錢了，洗漱用品酒店下坑，我沒付，投訴了12345.最後市場監督管理局我1號投訴，8號才跟我説檢查了，沒有問題，你給人家7天準備時間，怎麼可能還給你查到

酒店外觀環境、位置與網上不符，隔音差，房間雖大但是衞生打掃不徹底，浴室枱子上還有用過的牙刷，房間裏擺放了一些收費物品，有立牌提示價格，但是牌子上沒有礦泉水，退房時才被告知礦泉水是收費的

前台服務態度惡劣，房間壁紙都掉了。我説換個房間，竟然説我網上訂的便宜，衹能住這個。不是工作需要我當時就不住了，住過最差的酒店了。沒有服務可言。不建議入住，太坑了。

每個房間的電視都看不了，辦理入住時沒有主動告知，還是其他人問，在旁邊聽到的才知道，理由是外面什麼網絡維修之類的。不管多便宜的酒店，電視是最基本設施吧，網絡問題這個理由真的不能説服客人。另外，網上定的大床房，去了説沒有能住的，衹能換標間，窗户玻璃是裂的。因為當天入住太晚了，就湊合了一個晚上，第二天果斷提前退房。退房還是挺痛快的。總之，價格確實不貴，但是服務和設施也真的不好。
