3月30日離店，留了開發票的相關訊息，可是直到4月6號也沒開出，後來聯繫前台加了微信，開了發票，但是查無此票。理由是懷疑數據的正確性也可能是發票尚未上傳至税局。直到7號上班才解決！我不知道為什麼會有這個低級失誤！

性價比很高的酒店,緊挨在西湖邊舒適乾淨這家酒店的特色，房間雖小但佈置温馨，讓人有家的感覺。服務人員態度友好，熱情解答客人的問題。出門就是西湖真的太爽啦,非常適合預算有限的旅客和學生。這裡是一個理想的下榻之地，一定會給你留下美好的回憶。

全家人到杭州旅遊，選了這家酒店，是民國時期的建築。離西湖很近，衹相隔一條馬路，交通方便，一公園碼頭就在門口，公交車也很多，前台小哥人很好。

旅遊的好住處，地理位置出行方便，外觀房屋雖不大，但走進房間清潔衞生，價格實惠，值得推薦的酒店。

服務很好，房間很滿意，衞生很乾凈，大姐見到會問候，很有禮貌，離西湖景區很近，去太子灣看花很方便

設施：很齊備，房間裏比較乾淨 衞生：乾淨，樓道房間都沒有異味 環境：安靜，周圍沒有什麼施工 服務：周到，基本上所有的訴求都會迴應，很耐心！
