6303房間發黴嚴重，廁所洗澡鐵架子骯臟，桌面臟，窗子無紗窗，車流聲音巨響，關窗也響，不推薦。但旁邊有些民居賣吃的的，比較有生活氣息。

門口門衞對外地遊客不是很友好！進小區後車沒地停，就停院子主路邊上）説了外地來杭旅遊，不知道，車也是租的，還一個勁的態度不好，要不是院子裏有個長者一直幫忙説情，門衞大爺還不依不饒！總之體驗感很不好！房間蚊子太多！衞生還需改進！

如實的評價，覺得大家都不容易所以不給差評，老闆做民宿之初應該是想好好做民的，裝修風格還是特意裝修的，很可惜沒有好好維護，置物籃的輪子是掉的，牆壁上的衣帽掛是松的，房間裏沒有吹風，這些做衞生的時候不是都應該檢查嗎，衞生就不説了，住了這麼多酒店民宿，這家做的最不乾淨，桌子牀頭櫃我都又用濕巾反覆擦了幾次，桌子下面的地下也明顯是灰，空調遙控板上還有上個客人留下的油污，更不要説洗手槽了，明明用去污劑是可以刷乾淨的，廁所乾濕沒有做分區，當然這麼小做不了，這個就不説什麼了，續住沒有人打掃，倒垃圾也沒有，洗浴用品需要自己問老闆要，浴巾衹放了一根，床單比較茸，判斷不出來換沒換，將就住了兩天，希望老闆能好好維護下，既然要做就用心做，不要做成農家樂，其他不説，基本的衞生是要做好的吧。
