The Hotel facilities are excellent, bathroom was clean, room was well designed. Showers can sometimes have smells from the drainage pipes. Besides that, it’s an excellent choice ! Breakfast was solid too.

房間大小合適，此次出行為長者預訂了一件，和愛人一間大床房，但大床房的廁所有些味道，向前台反映了，換了一間，衞生就好很多，位置較好，可以增設投屏功能以及泡茶杯。

前台的服務非常好，熱情周到，細緻，房間乾淨衞生，熱水也很不錯，空調也不錯，整體情況都很好住都比較舒服，已經連續住了三晚了

超級好！！！
酒店很新前台服務很好。因為是工作日可能人不多所以幫我升級了房型前台態度也很不錯保潔阿姨也是。房間挺乾淨的。酒店早餐也算得上是快捷酒店裡豐富的了。還有價格在杭州算是性價比很高的了。交通也很方便離地鐵口很近到杭州東站20分鐘。真的不必住西湖邊。還有離店的時候忘了東西 前台幫我寄了。
不知道那些差評是不是對手刷出來的。

酒店離文三路地鐵站很近，步行分分鐘，門口在一個停車場裏面，酒店服務員都很熱情，入住前一再強調網絡安全，房間設施齊全，馬桶還是加熱的，樓下吃飯也很方便，早餐該有的也都有了，很不錯的一次入住體驗。
