Good location with super market, cafe, and restaurants around this hotel. On the way to subway, you will find more restaurants that offer variety of cuisines that would definitely meet your needs.
The room is clear with good design and space, and offer the necessary amenities you need.
With its suitable price and fineservice, I would recommend others to book this hotel, and I would book it again if I travel to Hangzhou in the future.

設施方面:21年新開酒店，智能化做得不錯，電梯內和房門都可刷臉按樓層和直接解鎖房門，免去隨身帶房卡的繁瑣
衞生方面:酒店宣傳圖和實際無區別，乾淨又衞生，浴缸，窗簾窗紗，馬桶，洗浴台，沙發這些都能做到毫無任何不乾淨真的蠻不錯的
環境方面:晚上睡覺無噪音，酒店隔音效果也很好，沙發很軟很舒服，浴缸尤其好評，周邊吃的美食也很多步行過去都很方便，酒店樓下就有充電樁，停車位又直通酒店電梯，很便捷
服務方面:遇到的所有女性員工都特別nice，友善又熱心，保潔和前台的幾位女生都很好。
但是遇到的兩個男性前台實在讓人無語，第一個看到我同住親屬裏有殘疾人士，入住時便要求我付按金，然後其實是不用交的，以前和朋友出遊時就從沒遇到過要交按金；
第二個是在我和殘疾親屬吃完飯後一起回酒店，順便要問下前台停車的事，也是個男前台，看了我一眼後在我説話的全程頭都是扭向右邊不看我，這個姿勢一直保持到我們的對話結束，也就是他説話的時候都不抬頭看我一眼的。。。這麼明晃晃的歧視也是以前沒遇到過的，無語
兩顆星減給這兩個前台，其他的真的無可挑剔，這個價位來講再考慮到離景區的距離，性價比可以説是第一了

寬敞又乾淨，酒店服務也很好，早餐也不錯，總體非常滿意。
小小建議：大房型可否在洗漱區域加個垃圾桶，以方便住客使用。

看到網上評論説是智能型藝術類酒店，就很好奇，進大堂感覺一般。但是刷臉進了房間，眼前一亮。設計時尚，而且很大，訂的高級大床房，45平米，感覺像套房。好幾個小間。還有小度小度放音樂，立馬放。開燈關燈，都可以説小度小度開燈，關燈。特別喜歡這家酒店。

我真的想説，這是個寶藏酒店。雖然地址不是市中心，但是我們要去良渚博物館，這裏過去挺近的。酒店高科技滿滿，我還是第一次住刷臉進門酒店。另外值得表揚的是床單被套品質很好，枕頭高低也適中。房間還特別安靜，不但聽不到外面和隔壁的聲音，連一點空調的風聲也聽不到，這點對於我這種睡眠不好的人來説特別贊。早餐內容不是很豐富，餐廳的設計但卻給人一種很温馨的感覺。總之我特別喜歡這家酒店。
