隔音特別特別特別特別差 在自己房間能很清楚聽到旁邊房間打電話的聲音 就像對面的人在你耳邊打電話 別給人嚇死 我給酒店前台打電話要求換房間 前台先説已入住滿了無法更換 隔音可能確實不太好 可以幫我給旁邊房間客户讓他小點聲 當時因為在外面逛了一天很累 想着如果旁邊不再打電話我就不再追究了 但是過了一會前台又打電話可以給我換到2樓 我入住2樓旁邊無人 這裏也能看出前台在騙人 衹是覺得麻煩不想換隨口説已經住滿 入住二樓後因為剛才不隔音事情導致我無法繼續休息 我就出門活動 回來後準備睡覺旁邊房間入住顧客 我沒有説不讓旁邊住宿的意思 但是因為不隔音我睡着被吵醒四五次 迫不得已於凌晨三點多退房 退房前我發現自己手上出了四個疙瘩 因前台無人辦理退房 衹留下一個電話 我打電話諮詢怎麼退房他説房卡放前台就行 此時半夜且前台無人 我無法反映我手上出疙瘩的問題 凌晨離開酒店後我便諮詢攜程客服如何投訴 客服積極幫我溝通 但是店家説床單是新換的不會出現長疙瘩的情況 説我在室外可能因為我個人原因 我退房不在室外在哪 還在酒店嗎？誰家的新床單爛兩個洞上面還有墨水印 嘴裏沒有一句實話 逃避責任 客服與前台溝通 前台説自己沒權利要求等領導來 等到中午領導説不能退款也對不隔音的事情支支吾吾 後客服再與商家聯繫 商家拒接電話 大家擦亮雙眼 千萬不要選這家酒店！
