The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The subway station Line 5 is just a few steps away. The breakfast is good with many varieties. I personally think it is very cost-effective and good.

The lobby is spacious and bright. The room is comfortable. The front desk staff is very good. The breakfast is delicious and has a lot of variety. It is conveniently close to Metro Line 5

The experience was very, very bad. The room was what you saw in Figure 3-4, more than 300 per night, and there was malicious targeting at the front desk. Others could choose rooms in the place marked in Figure 1, but I was not allowed to choose. I was also a platinum user, but the service was targeted and differentiated. I went to the front desk to issue a general VAT invoice (the kind for personal use). Figure 9 is the platform's invoicing rules, which clearly mentions the general VAT invoice, but the front desk insisted that the electricity tax invoice was the general VAT invoice. An employee who didn't wear work clothes also said that he would use all means to deal with me, and then maliciously reported a false police report to slander me and asked the functional department to support me. It can be said that it was a very bad experience when I first came to Hangzhou.

The front desk service is not good. I feel that the front desk is very rigid and has no sense of service. It is not soundproof and it is very noisy outside! I called the front desk at four o'clock in the morning and said it was very noisy outside. Then I asked the security guard to go out and take a look. Then I hastily dismissed the matter. There was no other reply. I didn't know what the guest needed! I said it was very loud outside, but I didn’t know how to bring earplugs! It's really hard to say anything.

Because I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, the lady at the front desk received her warmly and promptly, and arranged a comfortable room properly. The room was also very clean and hygienic, and the check-in process was very fast. The hygiene, environment, and service were all very good. As always, I followed Han Just as good as the standardized standards in the home.
