After staying in so many hotels in Vienna, this one was the worst experience. Overall it feels like an ordinary hotel. What shocked me the most was that breakfast was almost gone at 9 o'clock. I asked the staff member if she had anything to eat, but she was indifferent and careless. It felt like I was begging. Heartbreaking!
