Hotel rooms are clean and hygienic. The staff is professional and enthusiastic. Especially the young lady at the front desk May. give a like. Will book next time on business trip. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. Still very good, come on 💪

The rooms are clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable, especially the waiters are very amiable 👍 including the waiters on the floor and the restaurant 👍 Although the restaurant provides simple meals, it is better than clean and safe, and the variety is quite rich... 房間很大性價比很高，服務特別好，還可以選房間，我選了朝南的，進去之後很滿意，燈光分佈合理，有書桌有沙發，配套齊全，茶几上還有茶包和糖果可以吃喝，屋內環境也是乾淨整潔，外賣有機器人可以送上樓，自助早餐也是挺好吃的。退房的時候還送了小禮物，還問我需不需要帶兩瓶水路上喝，太暖心了吧，感覺賓至如歸了。

房間小點，但是非常乾淨衞生，前台工作人員和打掃衞生的阿姨服務很好，酒店有獨立的停車場，方便停車。離景區近方便，但是酒店早餐品種少，桌子不多，人一多沒坐位方便吃早飯，特別是工作人員沒有及時清理桌子上的客人吃過早飯的臟盤子，造成想吃早飯的客人沒有坐位。這個要改善一下。

很不錯呦 到店的時候前台給我們升級了外景房，房間有落地窗，能看到外面的景色。酒店的地理位置很好，離杭州大劇院很近，離地鐵站也特別近，而且從這裏去機場的話，直接坐7號線地鐵就可以到，中間不用再換乘。從這裏到杭州大廈也不遠。很好的一次體驗，酒店隔音效果很好。
