服務挺好的，可是基礎設施也太差了，是我住過最差的全季酒店沒有之一，説地點是杭州火車東站，以為離得很近，沒想到下了地鐵以後還要走很久，住了連續三天，每天夜裡都被吵醒，後面就是高架橋，電話☎️是個擺設，沙發上面黑乎乎的不知道是啥，衞生間裂紋黑斑特別多，最無語的是全季的烘乾機居然是壞的，出門玩定全季就是因為洗衣機和烘乾機比較好，結果烘了兩個小時還是滴水的，第二天根本沒法穿，還是去了優衣庫買了件新的才穿上，總之特別不推薦，希望該全季酒店早日倒閉或者重新裝修。

不錯不錯，反正每次杭州出差基本上都會選擇全季酒店這個酒店住了好幾次了，衞生服務都挺好，還是比較滿意的，然後那個還免費升級的那個更好的房間整體來講的話挺好五星好評推薦推薦
