The homestay is a 5-minute walk from the West Lake, and 5 minutes from Exit B of Longxiang Subway Station. It is close to the West Lake during the day and the pedestrian street or Wulin Square at night. The disadvantage is that the air-conditioning is 30 minutes and the stairs are too narrow. Climbing the 4th floor is better than climbing the mountain. Tired.

服務很差，二樓以上樓道都不給亮燈，不幫忙拿行李，房間一瓶水都沒有，服務員態度很差，説前台不能離人，結果我退房時前台一個人沒有，説8:30才上班，是我出差這麼多年碰到最差的一家總之再也不來住

給差評是有原因的（當天爬完山很累，就近定的這家）一：我訂的房型是我喜歡的，然後！我去辦理入住的時候才發現被改了，然後老闆也説我定個房型他給別人了，他給我換個升級的房型，結果升級在樓梯口好好好好根本別想好好睡覺，真的我真的這時候就該跑的。二：我習慣每個抽屜打開看一下，然後在抽屜裏看到了吃完的串串簽，爬完山太累了我真的沒力氣再爬下去找他們換房間或是退房（説不定其他房間也是這種沒打掃乾淨的）我自己帶來了睡衣和毛巾所以可以將就睡一覺，第二天下去退房的時候講了這個事情，工作人員還理直氣壯地説可能是沒打掃乾淨，好好好好好這麼理所當然是吧，這個差評我給定了

住的挺好的，離地鐵，西湖，武林夜市都很近，邊上很熱鬧，不主動提供洗漱用品和拖鞋，要也有
就是一點，樓梯是木製的，隔音不好，出來還忘帶耳塞了，住的這幾宿樓上不知道哪個屋每天吵到十一二點，也許大家出來玩兒都太興奮了，不過吵到別人就不好了

房間挺寬敞，服務基本隨意，前台就一個工作人員還常常人不在，房間每天沒人打掃衞生，退房時房卡放前台桌上就可以自己走，人影都沒有別説檢查設施。
