前台永遠沒人在，隨便幹嘛都得打電話找人，而且衹在到達開房時出現過。太熱了，想要開冷氣，按了沒反應，找客服，表示人不在，冷氣需先問物業行不行。客服讓調送風模式，照樣是雞肋，沒有一點反應。熱水器也需要自己開電源。門卡開鎖也不靈敏，有時一會就開進去了，有時候站門口刷半天。房間裏一雙拖鞋都沒有，又自己跑12樓找。衹有環境還行，就這點過得去。

周圍環境及交通位置還可以，普通出行可以預訂，但衹是一般説不出多好，也説不出多壞，能滿足臨時住宿要求。

不正規，隨意收費，説什麼要電梯卡50按金，退房後會自動返還賬户，退完房又説要12點統一退，然後又沒退，問他們説是去催了？？？不知道是什麼套路，感覺很不正規……

非常滿意，連住兩晚，酒店還幫忙打掃了衞生。
設施：齊全，還有微波爐。
衞生：乾淨。
服務：挺好的。
PS：杭州遊玩整體挺開心的。但也有小插曲，帶小孩去西湖的最好找個男的同行，西湖白堤中間路段，有賣小孩吹口哨的商販，見到衹有女的帶着小孩，趁你不注意，直接把東西放你包裏，説了不需要，還罵人。也體會到杭州是“美食的荒漠”😂，在酒店附近從**上找了家5.0評分的燒烤店，裏面串燒烤的簽子是樹枝串的，燒烤是温的，不是剛做的，其他的就不想多説了。為了不踩坑，建議可以去一些連鎖店或者不明顯的小店，比如酒店附近“王阿蓋手工小吃店”還挺不錯的。
