特別差！照片都是騙人的，看着像新的，實際非常破舊！衞生環境也很差，毛巾不是純棉的就算了，還衹有一條毛巾和一個浴巾。枕頭也是慘不忍睹！對不起300多塊的價格！被子裏面的棉花都出來了，杯子裏面水漬多也很臟。香水上面一層油。樓下還裝修，一大早吵的要死！完全沒法休息。如果不是回來晚了，真的直接換房間！！！太差了！！！！

老闆熱情，窗前江景不錯，步行幾分鐘就到對面公園。不過實事求是説床品一般（可能因為潮濕、有味道），紗窗壞了一邊的，椅子少個腳帽、忘了一坐就嚇一跳… 真誠建議：主動與預訂客人聯繫，提供相關訊息（老闆後面發的訊息其實很全面，如果是提前發的話體驗感會好很多）。
