Although the Gem Hotel is in the busy city, it is rare and very quiet, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the facilities are relatively new. The front desk service is very attentive, a very good experience~

很不錯的小酒店，雅緻，背靠保俶塔。離西湖也衹有10分鐘的步行路程。酒店服務也不錯，第一晚入住的房間有點吵，第二天就換了間窗景不錯的房間。早餐也不錯。值得再次入住性價比不低的酒店。
