第一次去旅遊就讓我碰到這種酒店 300塊錢不説 還這麼垃圾 因為事出有因所以決定跟朋友們要退房 但是聯繫了酒店前台不讓我們退 打了攜程電話跟平台溝通説酒店前台態度不好 很難溝通 環境很差 該有的設施都沒有 空調還要收費❗❗❗❗床單很臟 還發現了發黴的痕跡 睡覺特別不舒服❗❗❗❗❗❗

訂單成功後三分鐘左右到達酒店，到達酒店以後環境就是很臟亂，然後本人就是要求退房哦，**平台讓跟商家協商。但是商家分文不退，我就三分鐘的時間趕到酒店，感覺環境不好，我要求退房也是很正常的事情，就算你扣違約金也不能説分文不退，一座文明的城市有這種旅社讓人很不舒服。

床位房房間裏面三張床。大夏天三張床，三個人用一個風扇。反正是房間就像火爐一樣，熱得很。我一晚上醒了七八次。沒有手機充電不方便，小床沒有充電口。一個床位房還要38塊錢。我再加個二三十塊錢，我住酒店了。30塊我都貴
