We arrived there around 1 am. Our check-in took at least “30 minutes”. I don’t know the name of the responsible lady may be it is 蔷*薇. She wasn’t nice at all. She took “every pages” of our passport that is not necessary at all. Even our old visas’ pages. She scanned every pages and also took every pages’ photos by her phone. I know the procedure and I know it never takes that much time. Never! We have been living in China for 8 years and been traveling too much and this was the first time. It was totally unnecessary and stupid experience. We can speak Chinese. We tried to speak with her. She rarely answered us. Most of time she didn’t look at our faces at all. What kind of behavior is it? She was totally rude. In addition to all of this, she called us early in the morning. Keep calling... keep calling.... and finally sent 2-3 messages to ask for company name... Couldn’t you wait? We went to sleep at 2.00-2.30 am because she didn’t finish our check in! And how can you call us early in the morning? Plus it seems all stuff at hotel don’t look happy with their customers as we understood. They don’t even say hello, good morning.....etc basic gentle stuff I mean. They don’t clean the room properly. We had to call the reception to change the towels. Asked for soap... I think it was the worst hotel experience in China. I will never never go the again. I don’t suggest people to go there. Awful. Only one thing was good; it is very close to subway station. Thats all.

The curtains are very quiet and the curtains are very dark and the sheets are clean. I can’t sleep with a sound. The soundproofing between the room and the room is really good. When I moved in, there was a couple with children but I almost didn’t hear the children crying when I took a nap. I am also very enthusiastic when I climbed Lingyin Temple and the shoes were broken. Auntie borrowed my shoes to wear first and then told me where to repair the shoes. I would choose this hotel if I had the opportunity to come again.

采荷是我在杭州會反覆入住的酒店，交通便利，去哪兒都方便，旁邊有超市、飯店非常方便。工作人員非常親切，我會反覆入住就是因為工作人員的親切。房間打掃的很乾凈、沒有異味、被褥也是乾乾靜靜清清爽爽。最讓我喜歡的是沐浴露（多芬）洗髮水（清揚）還有紙巾（清風）這些都是超市買得到，很多家庭會用的洗浴用品，用着就特別放心。最最讓我感動的是保安，每次到酒店總是跑着迎接我們，離開時總是站在旁邊等待我們離開再回崗。保潔阿姨們還會很熱情的和你聊天。

地理位置很好，去西湖很方便的。房間乾淨整潔，帶兩個孩子一起入住，可以拼成大床，非常滿意。
停車也很方便的，保安大叔也特別好。
門口就是公交車站，晚上帶孩子去的武林夜市，十幾分鍾車程，特別滿意。

房間沒開燈狀態非常昏暗，衹適合晚上回來睡睡覺，白天待着體驗感不好，窗台外面也有阻擋，窗户開合小通風一般。唯一優點離地鐵2號線非常近！大家看自己需求吧
