The hotel facilities are too old, the doorknob feels like it’s gone as soon as you pull it, the hair dryer blows for a while and smokes, there is still a safety hazard, and other things are OK

來杭州出差住東站附近，很不錯的一家經濟型酒店，衞生乾淨整潔，入住時客人退後房間還沒有打掃出來，前台給升級的高樓大床房，不的不説一份價錢錯一份貨，高樓大床房住着感覺都不一樣，房間很大，安靜，視野開闊。周邊吃的很多，購物方便，再次感謝前台人員耐心講解去各景點的路線。

酒店位置比較好，東站出來走路幾分鐘下了天橋就到了。酒店下面附近有很多吃的，過馬路還有一個商業廣場，燒烤啥都有味道比較正宗，對於我這種一到晚上就要搞兩瓶酒的那簡直絕配。前台小哥哥小姐姐非常有耐心，態度很好，房間衞生很乾凈，地上不會有灰塵，包括沙發，窗台都很整潔。就是走的時候有東西忘酒店了，老闆給我打電話才反應過來，説他們打掃阿姨已經幫忙保管好了，後面給了地址幫我寄過來的，體驗感很棒，nice，過段時間和我同學又來杭州玩，推推推。

這家酒店我已經多次入住，總體而言還行，位於火車站附近，對於我這種早出晚歸，天天坐火車的人來説，還是比較方便，火車東站車次比較多，經常住這裏。

他家大床房都是高樓層，我特意要的高樓層住着真舒服，空氣和視野都好很，第一次住沒讓我失望，房間衞生也挺乾淨的，交通也很方便，關鍵我是第二天坐動車，這家酒店離高鐵站和地鐵站就三五分鐘的路程。

房間還挺大的，衞生打掃的也乾淨，設備也可以，衞生間還有排氣扇，主要出行什麼都很方便，離東站特別近，5-10分鐘就到了，打車也很方便，出門右邊就是早點和吃的，老闆特別客氣，很有耐心

地理位置好，交通方便，房間舒適衞生，前台服務很好，主動給我們換的更大點的房間，被褥挺新的，衞生幹潔，不過，沒有給夠牙刷，前台小哥哥送過來的，估計是阿姨打掃後忘記放了，很安靜，房間隔音挺好下次去杭州還去這家酒店。
