As a loyal member of Hilton, you must choose one of its hotels when visiting Hangzhou. This is my first time traveling to Hangzhou, and this newly opened Hilton Garden Inn is perfect! The location is excellent, you can walk to the West Lake. The front office staff were very helpful and the rooms were very Hilton-like. The newly opened hotel has nothing to say about its cleanliness. Very good experience, happy!

The newly opened hotel is new in every way. The baby who stayed at night said that the air was not fresh, and I didn't feel it until the next morning. Fortunately, the windows can be opened for ventilation. The hotel service is good, and the front desk is warm and thoughtful. The hotel service staff told that the garden is slightly higher than the Hampton stalls. From the breakfast, it can be seen that it is a little richer than the Hamptons, which is in line with the hotel's positioning.

I came here for vacation with my friends avoiding the rest day. Although the weather is not beautiful and there was a bit of trouble because of the air conditioner, the environment and service attitude of the hotel are quite OK. It is the flower season, the cherry blossoms, peach blossoms and tulips around the hotel are really beautiful, and the distant mountains and near water are like ink paintings, which makes people happy. It is pleasant and comfortable to watch flowers and enjoy the scenery, drink tea and chat during the two-day holiday. In addition, the fish head soup in the hotel restaurant is really delicious, even more delicious than Qiandao Lake.
