服務枱的工作人員服務熱情，服務周到；樓前有一個很大的停車場，免費停車，不用擔心找不到停車位被貼罰單；客房乾淨整潔，沒有異味；自助早餐非常豐盛，根本就吃不過來，但也注意到沒有基本都是光盤行動，沒有浪費，客人餐後離開，工作人員馬上就收拾桌面，為後來的客人就餐提供清潔的就餐環境。

賓館位置很好，離各個景點都不遠，院內可以停車並且免費，衹是車比較多，有時候比較緊張，房間很安靜，衞生也不錯，就是設施稍顯陳舊，另外房間內沒有抽紙，有點不足，不過房價不高，性價比還是可以的。

叢台公園旁，中心位置，除設施稍顯老舊外，真是出行的不錯選擇。環境衞生、早餐品種、接待服務、保潔員的禮貌問候都無可挑剔，特別對自駕，停車方便！到叢台公園、學步橋步行十分鐘，去博物館（非常值得去）打車10元內。

除了房間有些黴味以外，其他都滿意。特別是房間大，有自己的停車場，早餐也很好。價格便宜，物美價廉。硬件不足軟件補，服務員的細心讓人有家的感覺。

老牌賓館，重新裝修過，房間面積大，標準衞生間。帶長者孩子，前台給了三個陽面房間，特別暖和，舒適，床的軟硬適中，玩一天休息很舒服。地理位置相當好，緊鄰叢台公園，搭車幾分鐘就到學步橋，回車巷之類的地方，遊玩方便。賓館早餐豐盛，也有特色小吃。另外，客房服務員也沒有老國營的負面感，熱情周到，有問必答。

老牌酒店，比較安靜，早晨叢台公園運動有些鬧，整體感覺不錯，前台服務比較不人性，本來續約週日晚，價格沒有優惠，調整到邯鄲大酒店，性價比也很好。希望更靈活。
