It was a great place to experience the hot springs and they have a private hot spring which is also available in the room but last and not least the food was Excellent

Probably the best location with few minutes walk from Hakone Yumoto station.
Incredible hospitality and service as expected of a ryokan topped with kaiseki meals & relaxing onsen.

The location is good. It's close to the station and very convenient. It's a souvenir shop at Creed Street.
However, it is relatively old-fashioned. The air conditioner in every room smells like urine. It smells like urine.
All the rooms were equipped with tatami, so I couldn't carry my luggage into the room and it was crushed. It was very inconvenient. It was raining when I checked into the room. But there was a staff member who helped me carry it in and put it aside.
After breakfast on the second day, when I returned to the room, someone took my tatami away and took me away without even noticing that I was putting on my pajamas. Afterwards, he brought her back to me, and he didn’t even say a word of embarrassment.

The room is quite new, right next to Hakone Station, and the commercial street is downstairs, which is very convenient. Although the room is not big, the view is very good, and the balcony has a view of the river. We booked a private hot spring room, and there was a small hot spring pool on the balcony.
In the afternoon, I also made a reservation for Sichuan Chan, a private hot spring bath on the rooftop, which is very popular and costs 2,200 yen for 50 minutes.
Our reservation only includes breakfast. When we check in in the afternoon, we will confirm with you the time for breakfast the next morning.
