No English speaking staff available. Younger staffs assistance was better due to easier communication. Food is not as great as expected however the onsen water was great. Stayed for 5 days and my skin was much softer. Only if the buffet was better quality,,, But i would visit Hakodate again for onsen and food with a view. I iked the city muvh better than osaka for sure.

Used on the first day of a three-night stay in Hakodate. The guest room was simple and clean, but the large communal bath felt a bit old. I booked with the dinner buffet because I heard that Gotoken curry and other dishes were all-you-can-eat, but it was a disappointment. The Gotoken curry was overcooked (overheated), the beef steak was oil-infused formed meat, and the tempura had a thick, heavy batter. Only the raclette at Hanabatake Farm was tasty.
Breakfast was all-you-can-eat, but to be honest there are many other hotels in Hakodate like that, so I don't think it's anything to write home about.
At 20,000 yen a night with two meals, I think it was neither good nor bad for the price, so I've given it an average rating.

3 star hotel, not like a Japanese hotel. The hot spring water is good, but it lacks soul without a view. Dinner and breakfast are buffets with a wide variety of options, but the quality is only average, especially the fried beef is of average quality.

The room is large, clean and tidy, with free mineral water and biscuits in the room. There is a free coffee machine on the first floor of the hotel. The breakfast and dinner buffets are delicious! This is a nice hotel with great onsen facilities and warm hospitality. Especially the breakfast food is great. I was able to leave my luggage and go around, so I took a good walk around the area and used the taxi well. I have used it twice so far and would like to visit again next time.
