Apart from the fact that the location is not on the side of the highway, the accommodation environment and service were both excellent. It's very quiet. If it's good, it should have good reviews. #room facilities The light in the pictures taken casually does not look that good, but the facilities are very new. There is a laundry room on the platform dedicated to drying clothes, which is great! The bedding is all pure cotton, so you can have a good night's sleep! I love beds so I really need a good place to sleep, otherwise I can keep my eyes open until dawn. #Serve When I first checked in, I checked in automatically. The whole process took less than a minute. I swiped my ID card to get my card. The front desk staff also answered questions enthusiastically and actively. Although there were many guests staying at that time, they did not ignore every guest. A great design hotel worth experiencing!

As I got stuck in Haikou due to Covid shut down their kindness really helped me during this stressful time. I made an error on the rating as I had only given a 4 on amenities. However, I realized at this price point the rating should be a 5 out of 5. I recommend this wonderful hotel to anyone looking for reasonably priced accomodations.

I stayed for 6 nights while on vacation - my opinion may be a bit biased as my favorite color is purple ('Lavende' = lavender motif throughout the whole hotel). Staff was wonderful & accommodating despite my lack of Chinese. Housekeeping was unobtrusive and thurough. It is clear that they have remodeled recently and I hope they will eventually get to replacing the carpet in the first room I stayed in. It was readily apparent the carpet was well-maintained (and I did appreciate the pattern & purple motif), for as worn as it was. The second room I stayed in was recently remodeled and wonderful. I would suggest for anyone staying here, I would suggest a room on the 8th floor or above so you might enjoy a city view of Haikou.
