Good hotel, I stayed 2 night, had noisy neighbors first night, and then last morning a door alarm went off so it was beeping whole morning, that was annoying, but nothing super bad. No soap, they do provide everything else tho. My window was facing this kindergarten, but it's wasn't noisy after I shut the window. The reception and staff are helpful, my 4G didn't work in the room when ordering food, not sure why, so I had to go downstairs and ask for wifi password, there's no sign in the room. There's park near by, and 骑楼老街 is 10mins on Didi. Good stay, cheap, clean, hotel is new, 4 out 5 because of that door alarm 😅

房間不大，整體還行，小度和設施間聯繫不靈活，控制會失誤，馬桶蓋安裝不到位

絕對的五星好評呀，地理位置好，有免費停車場，前台服務也很熱情，前台有個奶茶店，也很不錯的，住店客人有優惠，這裏去哪裡都很方便。下次來海口玩還要繼續住這裏。給前台的小姐姐點贊

下了飛機，凌晨一點辦理的入住，前台服務人員態度很好。屋內設施較新，有小度，可實現大部分智能語音操作。電動窗簾是壞的，不過連夜安排了師傅來處理，態度認可，但智能物品較多，希望店家日後可以加強物品的維護檢查，及時維修處理。

酒店也沒得任何歉意！！！
更垃圾的是 退房讓前台拿一瓶礦泉水 居然跟我説要收費！ 被單也是皺巴巴的。超級差的入住體驗。 前台妹妹態度也是很冷漠！垃圾

房間很小，浴巾都沒幹！半夜飛機，房間幫我安排了2樓，睡覺3點了，沒想到7點30分樓下吵的，原來有個幼兒園在樓下！建議酒店前台人性化點，越晚入住房間樓層應該高點，300一間房間性價比太差

這個酒店是我在海甸島住過酒店裡最差的酒店，服務和衞生非常差，續住期間不給打掃衞生，用過的洗漱用品和毛巾不給更換，垃圾也不清理，被單被套也不重新更換，跟酒店店長梅進投訴這個店長不問青紅皂白來指責我並態度惡劣語言帶有挑釁，並且報警説我辱罵他員工，真是住酒店住出冤家來了，太可怕了！從此以後遠離再也不住這個酒店，真是店大欺客，顧客入住完全沒有安全感，已投訴12345並對酒店違規行為進行處理，希望酒店老闆能夠看到，整改下酒店的不良風氣，也認真思考下您的部下店長梅進是否合格，不要讓他把對我的這種不負責任的態度帶給其他賓客
