國慶期間因颱風來襲滯留海口四晚，其中三晚均住在這家靠近新海港碼頭的公寓，這可以説是我住過那麼多公寓當中最好的一家；
房間裏配套齊全，全屋智能遙控，另智能馬桶、電動垃圾桶、洗衣機還配有洗衣液、手持掛燙機、微波爐、冰箱、電煮鍋、小米電視等一應俱全……完全就跟一個家無異，很舒適；
另公寓所在小區停車方便，對面是遠大購物中心，有各種各樣大大小小的餐館及小店，解決一日三餐全無問題，小區後方 1.5 公里便是海岸線，另開車去假日海灘也就十分鐘，在那看看海吹吹風發發呆也是一種恬靜；
衞生是由保潔兩夫妻負責，打掃得很乾凈，不過可能國慶期間房間太多太忙了，保潔阿姨未能及時打掃，加上最後一晚我們訂不到原住房間而需要換房，但上一位住客卻沒有按時退房，衞生打掃不了，我們等了兩個小時有多才安頓下來😂，就這一點有待改善；
不過，綜合下來，性價比還是相當不錯的，推薦大家入住。

舒適方便的智能化居家式酒店公寓，裝修風格很上檔次，設施周全細節無可挑剔。帶烘乾的洗衣機、洗衣液、還有護髮素以及凈水器、即熱式開水器和開放式廚房，電磁爐、冰箱一應俱全，更有靈敏精準的自動控制系統，真想一直住下去

全程無接觸，憑密碼開門。房間夠大，乾淨衞生，智能系統，確實驚艷。房間冰箱洗衣機微波爐電磁爐都有，很適合長期入住。衣架足夠，洗衣機帶烘乾智能，真的非常方便。出門下樓一路之隔就是遠大商業中心，超市美食街特別方便。到假日海灘和火車站都很近，性價比非常高，良心入住價格，值得推薦。

酒店位置不錯，靠近會展中心和遠大購物中心，離海邊100米就是沙灘，沿着海岸線有一條長長的人行道路，適合晚上散步和運動

無人服務，房間設施缺少説明，不知如何使用，連電話也無人接聽，找到攜程客服給聯繫也聯繫不上。
房間設施較全，是新的，也是有智能的 ，但是缺少説明和引導。
