Nice hotel , beautiful view and friendly people. Thank you to concierge 小林 for his help and attentive service , as well as to Chef in the restaurant on the first floor for delicious fruits compliment and kind lady in the restaurant for breakfast who allows to take it with us. We were glad and grateful.

The hotel was beautiful! We had a great view of the pool and the room was really clean. There was a path directly to the beach. The staff were very friendly and helpful! If you want a quiet, relaxing place to stay, I definitely recommend this hotel.

入住當天上午酒店管家陳慧心就電話溝通需求，聽説我們帶了小朋友還給我們準備了帳篷和小朋友的畫畫本小玩具，可以説很周到了。第一次到海口，也是網上看到推薦盲選的紅燕堂，結果超出預期的滿意，酒店環境很好，景觀別緻，房間內設施齊全，還貼心的準備了小朋友的毛巾牙刷等用品，我們要去挖沙管家還聯繫給我們送挖沙工具，雖然就住了一晚，但真的一切都很滿意，下次來海口還會考慮繼續入住的。

本人訂了兩晚親子房，房間大還帶大陽台，感覺真心不錯！1.酒店服務細緻有温度，一位姓王的管家一入住就主動加微信、及時回覆各種疑問並及時跟進，房間水果、零食、玩具、小禮品一應俱全。特別要提的是下午出去遊玩時，天下大雨，本來還擔心晾在陽台的衣服會被淋濕，晚上回到房間後發現細心的王姓服務員已經把衣服提前收回房間了，還留下小紙條。2.酒店在五源河國家濕地公園邊上，旁邊剛好是一條河的出海口，沿着酒店旁邊的棧道約5分鐘可到沙灘，一條長長的海岸線（喜歡晨跑的絕對一流），海灘的景色還是很不錯的。3.由於白天基本在外跑，酒店例如泳池等設施還沒來得及享用。4.下次來覺得還是會選擇他。

酒店離海很近 在客房陽台欣賞了日出 在海邊欣賞了日落 如果想要多一些時間看看神祕的大海吹吹海風可以選擇這家酒店
