When I arrived in Haikou, I stayed at the Guest House for one night. It is said that *** stayed in this hotel when she came to Haikou. The guest house is relatively old, and the front desk staff are rather blunt and unfriendly, because the children who booked the Pigman room wanted to change to Super Wings, so I would like to thank the front desk for helping coordinate the change. It would be great if they could be more friendly! Chen Jixin and Guo Tao from the concierge department are very warm and decent, responsive to every request, and the cleaning lady has a very good attitude. However, the hotel's facilities are old, and Building 2 may be better, after all, it is so expensive. I won't live in Building 1 next time, the room is too small and too old.

The hotel breakfast is very delicious, and the service attitude of the waiters deserves recognition! Thank you, Manager Chen Yuxin, for his enthusiastic service. Please pay attention to the duty-free shop next to you and don’t miss it. Cosmetics are still very cheap, so I can help my wife buy it! Will come to stay next time!

This was a very bad experience. Check-in at noon told the front desk that because of maintenance, there will be hot water around 4:30 in the afternoon. I just entered the room and turned on the air conditioner. There was no electricity. After I hung up the phone twice, I sent someone to check. The card was broken and I couldn't get electricity. Then the amount of water was very small. The front desk sent someone to deal with it twice, and the treatment was normal. Then, when the hot water reached 5 o'clock, it hadn't come yet, and it was 6 o'clock. When asked about the situation later, it was slow. It was hot, but I didn’t wait for it all night. I got up the next morning and there was no hot water after 8 o’clock. I informed the front desk that there was no hot water in my room to change the room. I didn’t take a shower all day and night on a hot day. I was in a bad mood. Yes, when I came back from breakfast, I found hot water came on, and it was the check-out time.

優點：房間很安靜 隔音很好 是現在很多新修酒店完全不能比的 床品很好 舒服 缺點：一號樓大廳冷冷清清 黴味異味很大 房間裏味道也很大 壁紙還是地毯陳舊發黴的味道 對氣味敏感的不舒服 早餐還不錯 什麼都有

設施：一號樓設施比較老舊，房間較小。 衞生：尚可。 環境：有蚊子，半夜被咬醒。 服務：我們訂的親子房，到了被告知沒有了，最後勉強協調了一間出來，建議沒有房就不要掛上去。早餐要到二號樓去吃，種類豐富。

服務：本次行程給住宿滿分💯！非常非常舒心，王開鋒經理安排得很熨貼，服務態度非常好，也很周到。 設施：很完備，該有的都有。不愧是黨政機關指定的會議酒店，住起來舒心和省事很多。跟前台要的東西也是很快就送上來了，24小時standby的感覺很安心。 環境：房間就是老牌酒店的感覺。房間的大小也中規中矩。 值得一提的是早餐真的是天花板級別的存在了，非常豐盛，味道也很棒，每天都是吃得飽飽的然後出去玩~ 地理位置真的是和日月廣場衹隔了一條馬路，過一個紅綠燈就到了，購物非常方便。 缺點：因為1號樓比較老舊了，隔音不是太好，半夜隔壁打呼嚕聲也能聽得到😭 冰箱聲在晚上關燈後有轟鳴聲（拔電源後就沒有了）。 空調的風向是對着床的，如果夏天來的話可能會吹得頭疼（希望酒店能改善一下）。

房間很整潔，服務周到，保潔員有兩次打掃房間，房間不潮濕，來的幾天都在下雨，還擔心了一下，被子也很乾爽，勞雲靈很細心周到，提前問一下需求，還送了歡迎果盤，有睡前牛奶，還有書簽，細緻入微，冰箱裏有可樂雪碧王老吉和椰奶，餐廳裏麪包擺的很新穎，有過年氣氛了，附近就有免税店，走路過去很方便，不錯不錯👍
