The deposit was made to swipe the card multiple times, and the reason is still unclear. The service of this hotel is extremely poor, it is recommended not to stay! I am very sorry that there was carpet in the room, there was a lot of dust which made my asthma worse. Staff at the desk were not very friendly, and there was hammering about a 100 euro deposit that had to be paid on the spot, but 4 days later still nothing back on my account., despite the promise that it would be returned immediately upon checkout Be given. Beautiful hotel no complaints and had a good overnight stay
