I would not suggest booking this hotel. Behavior of the hotel ***agement is like they are God. We booked a deluxe room with breakfast included through Cleartrip, but the hotel ***agement refused to provide free breakfast saying we don't provide free breakfast with your room type. Are you kidding me dude? The receptionist even advised not to book the hotel online. They are saying to book it directly from them so that they ask 2500-3000 extra than online prices. They provided us with a room half finished hand wash, half finish shampoo, and with no toilet paper. Is this kind of service expected from a booking worth 4000 INR? Very disappointing.

The location is good. Food average. Housekeeping needs improvement with guest supply missing from bathroom. I was staying in room 425 and 426. Hot water was sparingly available. Maintenance and attention is an issue.

Nice lobby, decent well behaved staff, this hotel actually made a very good first impression. The rooms however were windowless ( had a window overlooking a dark concrete quadrangle sharing space with another miserable sundry office). A breakfast on the house was decent enough and did some what make up for the windowless room Perhaps because we booked through MakeMyTrip.com we were allotted the worst room in the hotel ?

This hotel is one of the nice properties in Guwahati. The service here is very good and the rooms are nice. Overall a great experience. It's on the main road of Paltan Bazar so it can be a bit of a hassle during heavy traffic hours, otherwise it's a nice stay.
