The hotel is very comfortable with spacious room. It is pretty convenient located near Mrt station. It offers a good breakfast. Hotel service was very good. They always provide chrysanthemum tea and red tea at the reception area. I would definitely recommend it.

這是我住過價錢和環境設施最不匹配的酒店。小600元的酒店，從窗户看下去是垃圾場。屋子裡的設施更是衹有一張床。來之前我還特地打電話問，是幾星的酒店，服務員哪來的自信想也不想説五星。到了酒店，全是旅行團。貴州之行最差的酒店。

房間衞生不合格，備用被子有血跡,試衣鏡有血跡，反饋給前台也沒反應，態度冷淡.廁所換氣扇是壞的.體驗感極差。前台和服務人員態度冷淡，反饋了也拿不出解決辦法，是我遇見過最差的酒店。

雖然顯示五星級酒店，但是期待不要報太高，酒店有些陳舊，以酒店的定價完全可以去一個非五星酒店，體驗會更好一些。空調不知道是壞的還是設定的，温度不可調節。還好貴州這個温度晚上可以不用開空調。總體體驗將就住了一個晚上吧

酒店附近在施工，出租車都沒法開到門口。周邊偏僻，啥也沒有，旅遊千萬不要住在這裏！換了個房間安靜了些但是窗外是垃圾場。。。前台連附近哪裡在做核酸都不清楚。。。但整體睡眠等還是舒適
窗外美景這個標簽不知道是怎麼打上的
點外賣經歷奇葩：附一家高分創意帶，點了番茄雞套餐，半小時後，飯店説出菜的材料用完了，就剩一些小吃，我實在是餓了讓他們有啥就來，結果來了五份主食，商家這個搭配也是絕了🤬意外的特別好吃，貴州吃過最美味的一頓！！！牆裂推薦！！！

進酒店大堂就一股刺鼻的廣告畫味道，房間進門灰塵大到直接鼻炎發作了，衞生做得真的太差，洗手池水篦子裏面發黃，廁所邊邊角角發黃發黴。。。睡覺整晚心裏都不舒服。。不是自己付錢的話，還以為是一百多的賓館，自己不會再住，還會給朋友強調千萬別住的那種水平

周圍環境和5星酒店完全不符；到店時大堂無人理會，自己去推行李車卸行李（之後有大堂的經理幫忙送行李去房間）；前台人員似乎不太專業
