The hotel is right on the roadside and very close to Qianling Park. There are many restaurants nearby and the transportation is convenient. After confirming that the reservation was successful, I received a text message from the hotel reminding me to wear more clothes due to the low temperature in the area. The hotel room was spacious, clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The air conditioning was turned on in advance and milk was given as a gift. The warm service was touching.

As an out-of-town tourist, the accommodation experience here is really, really bad. 1. The reception level and service attitude here can only meet the requirements of general tour groups. I couldn't answer one out of ten calls. Occasionally, I would be put aside and continue to talk to others. I can understand that I am busy with work, but as a service staff, at least respect should be given, and if the reception ability is not good, do not take orders. 2. The four-star hotel deceived customers. I booked a 60-square-meter luxury suite. I called in advance and made it clear that it was on the 25th floor (the same is also stated on the Ctrip website), facing the street view, so I made the reservation. As a result, I went to the store and told that 25 had no suite at all, and could only give one on the 22nd floor, facing the backyard. After I went in, I found that the room type was changed for me, only 45 square meters, and the smell of smoke was very strong. The service staff told me that there is a mahjong table (for me, a tourist, wouldn't it seem redundant), it is an upgraded configuration for me, that's all, there is no one on the 25th floor. As an out-of-towner, plus traveling early and returning late, I was very tired every day. After arguing with the hotel for a while, the hotel refused to admit it. I had no choice but to explain the matter in this way. 3. The hotel facilities are outdated, the room has peculiar smell and stains. Except the hall is relatively high, the other environment is very general.

Sorry, can't give a good review. The room was old and smelled of smoke, no milk was delivered, the water heater was broken (only hot or cold water), the mattress was not easy to sleep, the non-slip mat in the bathtub was yellow and dirty, and the breakfast was really simple. I think it's worth 150 at most, and I paid 453, and I'm a big resentment. (No picture taken) The front desk service is quite warm, but my stay is really uncomfortable. In addition, it is not very close to the scenic spots, and you have to take a taxi every time you travel.
