That was the third room we tried from this hotel. The two suites we tried first were dirty, had stains on the sofa and carpet. The cheaper room we tried last was much cleaner but still smelling with cigarettes, just like the first suite. I think they should improve cleaning and room disinfection. The reception told us that most of their guests are smokers, but we stayed in many other smoking allowed rooms before and never experienced such unpleasant odour. I think you can find better hotels at similar price. Good thing is that check in was without any problems even for foreigners.

I did not smile. The bath tub tap was broken and it was the only reason we stayed there. Had to call 3 times to get someone to see the bathtub, they all knew it was broken but didn't move or help us. Didn't get a full refund. Had to wait for the receptionist to help other people before they dealt with us. Awful place

非常差，我從來不愛評價也不愛挑刺，但是這個酒店衞生，環境都非常差。除了地理位置以外，沒有任何值得住的點。睡在房間臭得像睡在有腳氣的人的鞋子裏，地毯上有一大塊污漬，臟得不行，桌子也臟，地上竟然還有之前沒打掃乾淨的垃圾袋。

酒店環境一般，出差都是選擇住這家酒店感覺還行，這一次入住真的很鬧心，網上訂的房間，到房間一看不喜歡我本人要求家錢換房型，給前台打電話説了情況，説已經入住換不了，還説讓保潔阿姨少來房間查看有沒有翻動過房間才換，差不多等了二十分鐘才到房間查看，才到前台換了房型，更糟糕的事洗澡沒熱水，放了一個小時還是涼水，打電話去前台反應過，也親自去前台反饋，晚上回來洗澡放了一個小時還是涼水，想洗澡太難了，服務真的太差了

酒店位置很好，出門門口公交車站、打車也很方便，周圍全是小吃街，各種特色都在，離網紅腸旺麪也很近，雖然那個腸旺麪不好吃。酒店衞生也還不錯，雖然有些設施看着舊，但比較乾淨，也是2米的床。我們一行帶小朋友，還被人投訴，確實太鬧了

缺點：1、設施的確有些陳舊，門把手像是要掉了的感覺，馬桶蓋翻上去不扶的話就會掉下來等等，貌似湊和能用就行，而沒有恢復原狀的要求
2、這樣的設施配不上345的房價
3、窗户沒有紗窗
4、空調出風口噪音稍大，這恐怕也跟設備沒有及時維護有關吧
優點：1、床單被褥比較乾淨，床墊很厚，可能是30釐米的，睡着很舒服
3、地面鋪有地毯，除了一把皮質座椅外還配有一個小號貴妃榻。
4、中央空調，風口離床較遠且風口沖下，設計合理

酒店位置不錯😊，位於貴陽市中心的小十字。
位置：
位置好，吃飯超方便，附近有兩條美食街，可遍嘗貴州美食。距地鐵大概1公里左右，出行還算方便。就是貴陽的這個地下通道太垃圾了，真的垃圾，外地人根本看不懂標識。
設施：
房間寬大，兩個人住也很舒服😊。超出了快捷酒店的標準，不錯😄。太有一個衣架，可以晾衣服。遺憾的是酒店沒有洗衣服，硬傷啊。
衞生：
衞生不錯，房間收拾的挺乾淨。
早餐：
有貴陽素粉，能吃飽，別的就不説了。
服務：
服務中規中矩，沒有亮點。
性價比不錯的快捷酒店，住一兩天還可以。
