前台態度還行，但是上來給我們送牙刷的工作人員態度不行。
酒店設施老化，我覺得環境不行，一晚沒睡好
左腿在蓋了被子的情況下咬了十個包，右腿咬了5個包 手上也被咬了 應該是床品衞生不行

房間衞生不能再差，牆上有（蜘蛛俠），隔音效果不好，外面路過説句話都能聽得一清二楚，且床頭還有可以製作成標本的小蚊子，基本上都是灰，沙發凳子上一堆殘渣，不知道上是沒打掃乾淨還是怎樣根本不敢坐，總之，睡了一個不安穩覺！

住過最差的翻牌城市便捷，哪裡都臟，品控桂林最差的店！這停車場就是這樣在村子裏極為不便！上晚班小妹服務態度極為惡劣！整個酒店簡直就是七八流的小賓館！城市便捷真的是太消費者傷心了！！！！

來桂林旅遊的，這邊酒店詢問了一個旅遊有什麼好玩的，這邊的店長給我推薦了微信，説實話對於桂林旅遊蠻看好的，但是這個店長推薦的旅遊我真的很無語，早上八點坐車，到了下午兩點，直接把我們帶到了一個山角角里麪的一個飯店，前不着村後不着店，衹能在他家吃，東西貴的離譜。然後繼續坐車？遊輪排隊一小時玩十分鐘？一個農村的石板橋都能成為一個景點，唯一的溶洞也就那樣，這一天全是坐車，跑回來問這個推薦給我的人，開始經典模式，我不知道我不懂，試問這種連鎖酒店也就是這樣嗎？你給我的微信是平白無故的到你手上的是嗎？簡單的一句我沒有拿錢，大哥，你是在幫這個旅遊團免費打工是嗎，問我為什麼不去找旅遊團説，因為是直接轉賬的，沒有任何票據以及證據證明，現在想起來是玩的好啊。投訴無門。厲害
