酒店不知道免費升房的事，不問就不給升，問了説前台看不到升房，但是平台一直有免費升房活動，應該做一下培訓吧，然後也是因為升房才選的這個酒店，地理位置不在市中心，裝修比較久了，屋裡正中間也沒有燈

住過兩次，兩次都是晚上要洗澡的時候沒熱水，光着身子開了十分鐘都沒熱水。打電話想問問前台怎麼回事，房間內電話卻無法接通前台，衹能用手機打。前台這才知道要通知師傅去開熱水閥，該酒店無法做到24小時都有熱水。房間裏很大煙味，隔音一般，房間不提供抽紙，不會再住第三次了。

提前一天預訂的雙床房，次日晚上10點入住時，被告知無雙床間了，剩一個“家庭房”，不然讓退房，無奈接受！！！進房間後才發現所謂的“家庭房”是加了張1米的摺疊床，沒有床墊，硬的沒辦法躺，還咯吱吱的響。最後我們一家4口橫着擠在1.8米的床上將就了一夜……

是一家老店了，剛好在瓦窯路的十字路口，而且停車位比較少，找停車位比較麻煩。
晚上洗漱時，熱水洗到一半就涼了，也不懂個什麼情況，這個有點太令人費解，而且門隔音也是比較差的，住那麼多如家之類的經濟型酒店，這家連紙巾也是沒有的，不知道什麼情況。
除了洗澡/停車/紙巾不太滿意，其他的倒還好，衞生做得挺好的，很乾凈。
