This hotel is situated near all the good spots. At the entrance of one of the major spots in the city. Very big and well equipped rooms. Good service and also a travel desk with very good advices.

We all like the hotel very much,, excellent service , all are very friendly, cozy environment, very clean , rooms are convenient with nice views, very nice library and tea room….breakfasts are yummy…

I would give this place a 10/5 if I could. It is truly beautiful and wonderful. Staff were great as well. We were running a bit late to our train and staff worked really hard to flag a last minute taxi for us. The taxi driver they got us was a 10/5 as well. Wasted no time to get us there in time for the train. He was an older gentleman. I wish I knew his name.

The hotel is by the entrance to Elephant trunk park,also very close to train station. In the city centre but very quiet. Staff are very friendly and helpful, room is spacious and clean. Breakfast have lots of choices. Perfect choice for holiday in this beautiful city.

This is In an excellent location, right next to the Elephant Trunk Hill Park. It is also close to shops and small eateries and is several blocks from a large department store. There are two hospitals nearby. The staff is excellent, the room is clean, has good lighting and has easy plugs for all electronics. There is only one possible downside and that is there are four flights of stairs to the hotel itself, so it’s not for those who cannot climb stairs. Otherwise, highly recommend.

My boyfriend and I stayed as Elephant Trunk Hill Hotel for 2 nights. We arrived around 23:30 at the evening, the staff spoke little English and was very friendly and polite. I speak a little Chinese and the little English they spoke made the process easy.
The room:
It was very clean
no bad smell
nice bed
The hotel had quite beautiful public places like a little tea self service room. Which made a friendly atmosphere.
I would stay here again if I went to Guilin.

The hotel is very nice, well located, you can walk to the Pagodas and the elephant. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The spacious and comfortable rooms. The best thing was the attention of the receptionist, she spoke English quite well, she was very friendly, she gave us welcome fruits, her attention was excellent.
