房間裝修得挺好，環境衞生都不錯，睡得舒適，所在小區很安靜，周邊交通便利。

優點：環境可以，裝修不錯，乍一看很喜歡，周邊沒有太多娛樂，晚上睡覺挺安靜。
缺點：價格偏高，服務欠缺（除了男的不知道是不是老闆比較熱情），其他人員一般般。房間非常小，走路都容易撞到那種。隔音不好，空調特別吵，製冷還不好。飄窗的裝飾花瓶很雞肋，看着好看，但是很礙事，拿走還沒地方放（因為房間小，還怕弄破），講真這個價格真的有點心塞，評分高是因為住的人不多，排雷了吧。

離高新萬達大概5分鐘的電車車程，在一個小區裏面，離小區入口幾十米不到，整體環境挺好的，房間內的情況，具體可以看圖片。這個價位能提供這樣的服務，整體很滿意了。

我每次訂房間主要看中床品和衞生，桂公館的床和床品真的太舒服了，還有橡膠枕，而且床頭和桌子一塵不染。目測就能看出來，衞生間那些犄角旮旯也是不臟的，而且小區裏挺安靜的，之前難得評論，這次是因為老闆服務也很好，房間真的也是超值。

這間民宿很難讓人不心動！房間清新乾淨，床品特別舒服，設施齊全，視覺效果明亮，一室温馨！悠閑下午喝一杯茶，推開窗，坐在沙發上看看外面的風景，簡直不要太幸福！老闆非常好，熱情，入住有送的茶水很貼心！愜意，舒適！

晚上到了桂林，本想找個離雙塔近的地方住，最終沒有心怡的，後來還是決定去了看評分很高的桂公館。果然沒有失望，中式風裝修乾淨又莊重，而且離象鼻山很近，老闆娘也是新疆伊犁的，還免費給我們升級了房間，第二天又給女兒送了冰激凌吃。來桂林的朋友一定不要錯
