The hotel is in a alley, so it's quiet area, rooms are clean and good, looks same as in photo, people don't really speak English at reception,so that's the draw back for a foreigner,you need to be good at Chinese to communicate or use broken not so correct Chinese english translation

it's quite a good hotel, rooms are well furnished, stylish wood decor. But I would not recommend this hotel for foreigners - they ask too many documents upon check-in (I have attached a photo of the list), I have never come across such a thing! I barely managed to check in, but the registration process took a very long time, it was unpleasant

The two river viewing rooms in the Sunshine Courtyard are set, even if you can't see the river, there are scaffolding outside the window. The room is small and triangular, the bathroom is small, and the downstairs yard is full of construction sites.
